How do I book a barber?

Tap Find a barber, choose one, then press Book. Pick your service, where you want the cut (your place or the barber's shop), a day and a time. Pay by Mobile Money or card, or choose cash.

When is my booking confirmed?

The barber has 75 minutes to accept. We send you a message as soon as they do. If they do not answer in time, the booking closes by itself and any money you paid online comes back to you.

How do I pay?

Mobile Money or card: you pay when you book. A small booking fee (1.95%) is added: it is the payment company's charge. Cash: you pay the barber after your cut. No booking fee.

Can I cancel?

Yes, on your booking page. Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before the start. Later than that, or if you are not there when the barber comes, GH₵ 10 goes to the barber for the time they kept free (online payments only). If the barber cancels or does not come, you get all your money back.

The barber is late or did not come

Open your booking and press Report a problem. We read every report and get back to you.

Is it safe?

Every barber shows us their Ghana Card and a selfie before their store goes live. Phone numbers and your home address are only shown to the barber after they accept your booking. Reviews come only from clients who really had a cut.
